This house was a fun collaboration with a young family embarking on their first home and first remodeling project.  They purchased the house for its great neighborhood and large lot, but the house needed tremendous work.  Working with the architect and contractor, the house was expanded slightly and transformed into a fresh, open space, perfect for a growing art collection, three adorable kids and six chickens living happily in their midcentury-style coop.
